My name is Valicity (Vay for short), since I am currently the only reviewer for the platform, I cannot accept many submissions as I am very busy and often swamped with emails. Please don’t take any rejection personally, most of the time it’s just a matter of preference. To ensure you have the best chance of being selected for review, please read this entire page and follow the submission guidelines. Requests which do not adhere to the guidelines will be deleted without consideration.
REQUIREMENTS:
Books must be Christian fiction or fit for the Christian market.
Fantasy, science fiction, mystery/suspense, and apocalyptic books are the only genres I read.
Christian romance may be considered, so long as it isn’t yet another ‘clean and wholesome’ or ‘sweet contemporary’ romance. I find that particular style of writing very dry and boring. Romantic suspense is usually my preference if accepted at all.
Please no non-fiction books under any circumstances!
I do not accept requests for Kindle Vella content or pre-orders
Please submit books that are 120k words or less
I only accept PDF, ePub, or MOBI files. Please do not send print books or ask me to read your work on Kindle Unlimited.
HOW TO SUBMIT:
Send an email to this account [trcpubreviews@gmail.com] with the format below.
In the subject please include, Review Request: [title of book]
In the body of the email, include the genre, word count, and a short description of the book.
Allow me a few days to respond if interested. If I don’t respond to your request within a week, this means I have passed on your book.
If your novel is selected, I’ll ask for a copy to read and review; I can accept PDF, ePub, or MOBI files only.
It will take me about 2 weeks to post your review. It will be added to my blog, Goodreads, and Amazon. You are welcome to use quotes from the review as you please.
Please note, books that are priced 2.99 or less may be included in my weekly newsletter when the review goes live. This is absolutely free and is intended to share awesome Christian fiction with my readers.
If you would like to be left out of the newsletter please let me know. This is not mandatory and will not impact your chances of getting a review or how I rate your story (ratings are not included in the newsletter, just a description of the book and a cover photo).
